Looking for an exciting and rewarding career manufacturing high-quality polyurethane and rubber products? We’re seeking a hands-on and reliable Factory Hand to join a polyurethane production and manufacturing team. You’ll assist with day-to-day manufacturing, including machine operation, moulding, finishing, and general workshop duties on a basis to join theirproduction team at Goulburn.
Role and Responsibility
· Preparing and cleaning moulds
· Mixing polyurethane to strict proportions
· Pouring, trimming and finishing polyurethane products
· Operating machinery and equipment safely
· Quality checking finished items
· General workshop and housekeeping tasks
Essential Skills and Qualifications
· Previous factory/warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
· Previous polyurethane (or similar) preparation experience (preferred but not essential)
· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
· Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
