Property Management - Mittagong
Property Management Team Member

A well respected real estate agent in the Southern Highlands is offering a fantastic opportunity to join the industry if you’re not already in it. As a part of the Property Management Team you will be involved in:

• Maintain regular, close contact with current clients whilst providing 5-star service and onboarding new properties derived from your portfolio
• Carry out routine inspections, ingoing condition reports as well as outgoing inspections
• Managing repairs and maintenance
• No accounts responsibilities required
• Work closely within a friendly department
• Negotiating successful outcomes as required
• Attend Property Management meetings and events

If you don’t have the correct certificate, after a qualifying time they’ll pay for you to do the course, no cost to you. Car and licence are mandatory.

Initially permanent part time, 2 days a week with expansion to FT in the future.

We will be looking for someone who knows how to provide customer service to clients, great with computers and figures.
