I want to give a shout out and praise to Rylee's/WG Smash Repairs in Wilmont Street Goulburn. Sami (the car πŸ˜‰) was swiped on the rear end a couple of weeks ago and they did the repairs.

Not only was it a quick turn around from quote to booking to completion, I got Sami back clean on the inside and out and a bunch of flowers! Such amazing 'old school' service. I highly recommend them for any repairs that you need.

Customer Service Representative - Southern Highlands NSW

Our client is progressive, supplies only the best in service and equipment and is expanding. It’s a company you will be proud to work for. This position is responsible for the overall administration of a small number of existing clients. Broadly the duties will include:

Scheduling new equipment installation as well as repairs and maintenance of existing equipment.
Quoting and scheduling of any follow up work.
Ensure that reports and documentation are completed, understandable and to company standards.
Liaising with the clients for their needs.
Computer work – computer literacy is a must to use Office products as well as internal and external client databases and portals.
Completing other duties that may fall outside a job description.
You thoroughly enjoy partnering with colleagues as well as looking for ways to add value where possible. As an excellent communicator, you have a natural affinity for building rapport, with a strong internal and external customer orientation and a genuine passion and enthusiasm for your work.
