Overview
We require a well organised person with excellent customer service skills for a multi-faceted Steel workshop.
The core duties of this role will be;
- Customer service
- Cutting/preparing small jobs on the spot
- Stock control and ordering
- Managing all office walk ins and phone enquiries
Desirable qualities of a successful applicant
- Experience in the steel industry
- Professional and courteous customer service manner
This is a full time position. There is an expectation of 40 hours work per week and additional hours during peak periods.
