Responsible for end-to-end delivery of metalwork and balustrade projects — from handover through site measure and design coordination, fabrication release, procurement and scheduling, installation, QA, budget control, and final handover.

The role owns programme, budget, quality, safety, client communication, and production approval.

Administrative and Purchasing staff support document control and ordering; however, the Project Manager retains responsibility for initiation, decision-making, approvals, and commercial outcomes.

Senior Project Managers operate with greater autonomy and manage higher-value or multiple projects.

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in construction project management or site supervision.
  • Experience in metalwork, balustrades, structural steel or related trades.
  • Strong drawing interpretation and site measurement capability.
  • Experience managing budgets, labour tracking, variations and QA documentation.
