Operations Manager

This award winning not for profit organisation provides care for and support to:

·      Aged care individuals through Home Care Packages (HCP) and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). Individuals also receive support under their internal Care program.

·      Individuals with disabilities requiring supports from the range of programs delivered under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). They also help clients through Support Coordination and Plan Management services.

·      Individuals with disabilities requiring capacity-building assistance and employment opportunities in their Steps to Success program.

·      Individuals who have sustained injuries and need support through their brokerage partners or may need personal nursing services not covered by government funding.

 

The operations manager’s role is to ensure a company runs efficiently by overseeing daily activities, optimizing processes, and managing resources like staff, budget, and materials. They are responsible for implementing policies, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating between different departments to achieve organizational goals and improve productivity.
