RETAIL / CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL ROUNDER

- Permanent Full Time. No weekends
This is not a sales role, the clients (mainly Tradies) already know what they want, but it is customer service to make sure they get what they want. The usual duties will include receiving incoming goods, cleaning stock and shelves, maintain any displays. On the sales of goods they will need to be entered into the computer and POS equipment. Exposure to the hardware, plumbing or irrigation industries would be good as would a forklift licence.
- Coordinate and carry out all stock levels and ordering.
- Engage with clients in person, via email and on the phone.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Engage professionally with clients, suppliers and other employees at all times.
- Ensure counters ,shop and stock is clean and presentable at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organised and able to meet deadlines.
