Overview

This office deals with a steady flow of incoming calls and online enquiries throughout the day.

Required for this role;

  • Demonstrated experience in a busy reception role such as a solicitor’s office, medical centre, or an accountant’s office at tax time
  • Experience using multiple programs at once – switching between applications as necessary
  • Highly adaptable to an ever-changing environment
  • Experienced in handling large volume incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
  • Ability to communicate effectively over a varied cross-section of clients from tradies to CEO’s
