Logistics Administrator

 

Full time, permanent position.

 

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator for a local Moss Vale business.

 

This role covers a range of daily tasks in the following areas;

 

International and project based logistics

Freight handling enquiries

Insurance enquiries and claims

Human resources and staffing matters

Creating, maintaining and enforcing procedures and policies

Project proposals including costing, layout and delivery of proposal

Sales and marketing

Contract negotiation and creation

Budget creation, allocation and reconciliation

Facility Management

Accounts payable and receivable

Staff supervision

Day to day office duties

 

To be successful in this position you must have experience in the following;

 

Large scale international logistics

Human resources

Development of policies and procedures

Microsoft office suite

Accounting program (Xero preferable)

Supervision of staff

Sales and negotiation

 

Qualities that we are looking for;

 

Driven and focused to meet deadlines and schedules

Able to work autonomously and troubleshoot problems as they arise

Organised with excellent time management skills
