The key areas of the role are
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers to ensure continued growth and success
• Support your technician with administrational tasks
• Email & call clients & build a positive rapport with them
• Arrange the technician’s meetings
• Enter sales into the internal sales program
• Update client’s details in the contact management system
The remuneration for this position will include a base salary and a commission portion.
The commission portion of your salary will be based on your internal sales goals, making you an integral part of this highly driven sales team.
You must be able to listen as well as you can talk, be able to adapt your style to suit different situations and personalities and have the ability to support the technician with their administrational needs.
