We are looking for a highly professional, experienced Customer Service Representative.

You will be working for this Leader in a highly competitive industry and must be able to handle the high level of organisation that comes with this pivotal role. You will be supporting team members and clients based all over Australia from the Goulburn office.

Main responsibilities of this position;

  • Supporting Sales and Service technicians
  • Entering customer and service records into the extensive CRM
  • Promoting and sales of products using ethical sales practices
  • Providing accurate updates on delivery schedules and delays
  • Responding to emails to provide support to customers
  • Managing all correspondence efficiently
  • General administrational support

Requirements for the role;

  • 2 year’s experience in a telephone relationship-based customer service role (non call centre)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop long-term relationships with clients
  • High level of administration and clerical skills
  • Team oriented, can-do attitude
  • Focus on proper time management
  • Commitment to undertake on the job training to enhance skills
