We are looking for a person with excellent customer service skills to work for a local company that is leading the way in its field. A friendly, confident person who is able to put their customers’ needs first.

 

This company has been employing Goulburn locals for over 10 years and have no plans to slow down into the future. They are a progressive company looking for their next Superstar in customer service.

 

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 2 years in a customer focused role. Arranging bookings and ensuring that customer requirements are met is the most important part of this role.

 

The successful applicant will also have a mechanical aptitude, with a background in the automotive industry being a great advantage. They should be willing to learn more about the automotive industry to better improve their ability to assist customers.

 

If you have worked in spare parts, mechanics, a tyre shop, or an automotive salesroom, you will have a distinct advantage in this position.

 

Ordinary hours of work would be Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and every second Saturday on a rotating roster.
