We are looking for a chef for a bistro in the Southern Highlands. We are flexible on days, but you would be required to work from 2pm – 10pm on said days. This is a full-time role.
You must be able to:
Produce meals efficiently with an eye to detail.
Be able to work alone
Be able to adhere to food and safety program.
Be physically fit who can cope under pressure.
