Permanent Part time position located in Goulburn NSW

We are looking for a dedicated administrator who understands the fast-paced nature of financial lending and who is able to manage their time efficiently. This position is a self-driven role and you will be assisting the financial experts to carry out their jobs to the full satisfaction of their clients.

Being within the financial industry, persons with financial experience will be highly regarded; however, we are not looking for financial planners, banking professionals or anyone hoping to start their own bookkeeping business as these roles are already filled within this business.

You will be entering data, contacting clients and financial institutions and liaising with Financial Advisors as well as conducting other general office duties (filing, archiving, copying, shredding etc.).

Desired areas of experience

Proven experience in a fast paced role

Excellent time management and prioritisation

High level accuracy of data entry

2 years’ experience in an administrational role within the last 5 years

Confidential management of client information

The financial packages that you are dealing with could be personal, car, building or mortgage packages so confidentiality and discretion are an absolute must in this position.
