Part time, 3 days per week (Mon-Wed preferable, but flexible)

Are you a bright and extroverted person with administrational experience? Well… do we have the job for you!

Our employer is looking for an administrator who enjoys having a dynamic role, from accounts payable and receivable, to marketing, sales customer service and more.

You will also be assisting their on site technicians with their pesky paperwork and carrying out all other aspects of general administration.

We could call this an office administration all rounder… but that would be a boring job title and this job is anything but boring, so Admin Extraordinaire?

Down to the details…

You will need the following experience:

Use of the Microsoft Office suite

Accounts payable and receivable

Production of work orders

High attention to detail – correct data entry

Create sales reports
